Before you decide
How does the address service differ from Orbit?
The address service covers application follow-up, scan filing, address evidence and company records. AI mail analysis, tasks, calendar and professional coordination require Orbit. Professional bookkeeping, tax and legal work are quoted separately. Messaging channels are confirmed during setup.
What is included? Are there additional charges?
A registered office, local mail reception and scanning, plus Aphelor application support, activation follow-up, authorised document organisation, address certificate follow-up and renewal reminders. Postage, meeting-room use, company formation and professional services are separate.
When will I receive my domiciliation certificate?
Choose an address and duration, enter your company details, then review and pay. The address provider issues the certificate for registration after document approval, contract signature and the agreed payment. The provider confirms the delivery time; Aphelor follows up for you.
