What Aphelor provides
Orbit helps organize company information, mail, documents and bookkeeping preparation. Domiciliation and company-formation services have their own scope, eligibility requirements and activation steps. Only the services confirmed in your order or agreement are included.
An early-access request or plan selection expresses interest; it does not by itself activate an address, incorporate a company or engage a professional.
Your account and materials
Provide accurate information, protect account access and upload only material you are authorized to use. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, malicious files or attempts to access another workspace.
Review company details, recipients, amounts and supporting documents before relying on them. Keep copies of records you are required to retain.
AI and professional input
AI extraction, labels, drafts and suggested participants are assistance for your review. They are not a legal opinion, accounting certification or guarantee that a third party will accept a file.
An accountant or legal adviser’s engagement, scope and fees must be confirmed separately. A suggestion to involve someone does not authorize an invitation, a paid engagement or an external submission.
Prices and third-party services
Consult the relevant product page and your confirmed quote for the selected plan, billing period, included services, taxes and additional costs. Administrative charges and professional services may be quoted separately.
Address providers and professionals may require separate agreements and checks. Before any paid commitment, your offer must state the price, billing period, renewal, cancellation and refund conditions. A plan selection or early-access request alone does not constitute acceptance of a paid offer.
Domiciliation included with an annual plan
If you end an annual plan before the initial 12-month commitment is complete and receive a subscription refund after the included address has been activated, the basic annual domiciliation fee for the selected address is deducted from that refund. The amount, including applicable taxes, must be shown in your order before purchase. Optional extras are excluded.
This deduction applies only where the address provider’s agreement commits the full annual fee on activation. It does not apply merely because you turn off renewal, or if Aphelor retains your full annual subscription payment. The deduction cannot exceed the refund; any additional amount requires a separate express agreement before purchase.
This commercial cancellation rule does not override mandatory withdrawal or refund rights. Those rights are assessed separately under applicable law.
Availability and account closure
Early-access features can change or be unavailable. Do not rely on a demo as evidence that an integration or service is active. Contact support if a time-sensitive matter requires assistance.
You can request an export or account closure. Closure does not automatically cancel a separate domiciliation or professional agreement. Data handling is described in Privacy and Data Retention.

Changes will be published here with an updated date; material changes affecting existing users will be communicated before they take effect. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted paid order.
