Case reference
The baseline is visible before intake. Conditional work is confirmed before you pay.
A foreign-invested company under the FIPA baseline generally involves at least KRW 100 million and at least 10% of voting shares for managerial participation. A different legal route may still be possible, but it must not be presented as the same status.
Confirm individual or corporate investor identity, ownership, directors, nationality evidence, signatures/POA, and any apostille or translation requirement.
The Korean address and lease evidence must be compatible with the actual business, registration, tax office, and any sector-specific permission.
Follow the confirmed notification/remittance route, incorporation registration, business registration, and foreign-invested-company registration when applicable.
It is the baseline threshold, together with at least 10% of voting shares, for recognition as a foreign-invested company under the FIPA route described by Invest KOREA. It is not a universal statement that every foreign-owned Korean corporation must use that status. We confirm the intended route before quoting.
Preparation and coordination can be remote, but originals, authentication, local representation, bank/provider checks, or presence can still be required. The page does not promise a fully remote bank or authority outcome before the route is confirmed.
The eligible Complete baseline includes agreed bookkeeping and tax work delivered through a named Korean tax professional or CPA. Company Desk alone is the operating record and coordination layer.
